Effective from 1 June 2012, if you
purchase your ticket at our ticketing offices, via our Call Centre or travel agents, you will
need to pay a Commission Fee for tickets that include international flights. When a domestic flight is
booked in conjunction with an international flight, the Commission Fee will be
collectable only for the international flight and not for the domestic flight.
When you book your travel at our ticketing offices and via our Call Centre, the amount you pay will depend on the route and class of travel.*

Children (2-11 years) will receive a 50% discount from the defined Commission Fee. Infants (under 2 years) will not be subject to the Commission Fee.
When your travel is a combination of economy and business class, you pay the Commission Fee for economy class. When Bishkek – Almaty flight segment is combined with any other international flight segment, you pay the Commission Fee for that international flight segment.

Commission Fees are only charged at the time of
original ticket issuance. If you need to
make a change to your booking or cancel your flight, no additional Commission Fee will be collected. Commission Fees are not refundable.
If you purchase your travel online at www.airastana.com, no commission fee will
be collected.
