Families are important to the people of Kazakhstan, and our service reflects this. While we pamper our adult customers and take great pleasure in serving them, we also do everything we can to make infants and children feel safe, comfortable and contented on all our flights.
People with babies are given baby-packs containing all the essentials for hygiene and comfort. On selected flights it is possible to pre-book bassinets (cradles) and we have created a delicious and nourishing meal especially for our youngest travellers.
On international flights*, our award winning fun-packed goody-bags are available to keep the older children busy with puzzles, toys and gifts, such as a “happy hippo” or a cool Air Astana airplane. And while the adults enjoy world-class cuisine, the children can tuck into healthy and tasty junior meals (pre-bookable to ensure availability).
