10th Anniversary Lucky Draw Results

Dear friends,

We are glad to announce final results of the prize draw dedicated to the 10th Anniversary of Air Astana. As you know, the prizes included 10 return tickets for any domestic flight operated by Air Astana, 10 return tickets for any international flight operated by Air Astana, 10 Nomad Club Gold membership cards, 10 sets of 10 000 Nomad Club points, 10 upgrades from Economy to Business Class, 10 leather pilot jackets and 10 aircraft models of limited edition.

According to the rules passengers who travelled between 8 and 15 May (inclusive) 2012 on any domestic or international flight of Air Astana have been automatically entered into the draw.

The draw was held on 16th of May 2012 in the presence of the commission consisting of Air Astana staff, notary and representatives of independent media.

To claim the prize, winners should contact marketing@airastana.com by 28 of May 2012, sending copies of the passport and, if available, tax registration certificate (national identity card and tax registration certificate if a Kazakh citizen). 

Individual income tax deducted from the cost of prize will be paid by Air Astana.

• The card will be given to the winner only and remain valid within one calendar year from the day of issue.

• 10 000 Nomad Club points will be credited on the winner’s Nomad Club account after receiving the confirmation of the rights for prize ownership and will remain valid within 24 month. If the winner has not been registered as a member of Nomad Club yet, he/she should register themselves with Nomad Club within 5 days from the date of confirmation of his rights of prize ownership.

• Upgrade to Business class will be processed at check-in and is subject to availability of seats in Business class.

• Winners of the leather pilot jackets may collect the prize from any ticketing office of Air Astana in Kazakhstan.
• The prize has no cash value, cannot be sold or transferred.
