Air Astana and Travel
Guard, one of the world’s largest travel insurance providers, have launched a
new service for Air Astana customers to purchase travel insurance online and
peace of mind when traveling domestically and internationally.
As part of Air Astana’s
commitment to provide customers with innovative relevant offerings, customers
can now purchase travel insurance when booking tickets online at www.airastana.com.
Most countries require travel insurance for issuing a visa and the process is
very simple and a seamless part of the ticket booking procedure. Once the
online transaction is completed, Air Astana customers will receive an
electronic insurance policy via email.
Travel Guard’s tailored insurance offering
provides travelers with personal and
property protection; and covers personal accident or sudden unforeseen
illness/sickness, trip cancellation/delay, abandonment, personal liability, missed departure, and loss/delay of personal
belongings. For more information on schedule of benefits
and policy terms and conditions, visit the Travel Insurance section of the Air
