The following instructions demonstrate how to
book a flight and pay for your ticket on the Air Astana website
www.airastana.com.
In order to book your flight, you need to tell
the system some basic details about your intended travel plans, on the screen
above:
- Select whether you wish to travel on
a Return or One
way journey.
- Select the city that you wish to
depart From and your To destination.
- Select your Departure and Return dates. Advance booking is
accepted up to 331 days from the current date.
- Choose the number of the passengers,
in terms of Adult, Child and Infant travelling.
- A maximum of 9 passengers can be
booked online at one time.
- A Child is defined as 2 to 11 years
(International) and 2 to 14 years (Domestic).
- An Infant is defined as below 2
years.
- Children travelling alone cannot be
booked online.
- Choose the Booking Class either Economy or Business.
- Check the My
dates are flexible box
if you are willing to consider other Departure and/or Return dates.
Once completed click on the <<Search
Flight>> button
to select your preferred flight/date.
Step 1: Date
- Now you need to confirm your dates
and select preferable price and date.
- Total number of passengers will be
displayed on the next page.
- If there are no available flights on
the dates requested, the message "There are no flights available on the
scheduled dates" will appear.
- Once fare selection is made, click
on <<Next>> button at the bottom of the page.
Step 2:
Flight
Flight information and details are shown below:
- Now you need to choose your flight.
- Select
your fare.
- Then
click the <<Next>> button.
Step 3: Review
- Check
flight details.
- Make yourself familiar with the Fare
Conditions.
- Then
click the <<Next>> button.
Step 4: Passenger
Please enter all passengers' names. Name(s) must
match passport details.
- Fill in the detailed information
about the passenger’s name and contact information.
- You also have the option to check
the Remember my passenger details, so
that the system will remember your details the next time you book.
- You also have the option to select
your Meal and Seat Preference.
- Then
click the <<Next>> button.
Step 5: Purchase
- Fill in the passport number.
- If the booking is satisfactory,
please tick the acknowledgement box below. This indicates you have read and accept
the Fare Conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Carriage and Terms
and Conditions.
- Click
on <<Next>>
Payment process
- In order to pay by Visa or Master
cards you need to fill in the required blank spaces.
- You must enter the name as it
appears on your Credit Card, the Credit Card Number, the Expiry Date (month and
year) plus the 3 digit security code, which can be found on the back of your
Credit Card.
- Click on <<Pay>> button.
Step 6: Itinerary
- This step shows the details of your
booking.
- Your Booking Confirmation and
e-Ticket will be sent to you via e-mail.
- Please print off this document and
take it with you when you check-in for the flight.
