announces on payment of dividends to the Stockholders on common Stocks of the
Company for 2010 in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of
Stockholders (Minutes #74 dated 24 June 2011). Amount of the dividend per one
common stock is KZT 167,064.25. Date of start of dividends payment is 20 August
2011.
Payment of dividends
shall be made in cash by wire transfer to the current bank accounts of the
Company’s Stockholders.
