Temperate climate with some regional differences. Best chances for good weather from May to September, with temperatures up to 25-30 degrees C in July and August. Golden, fairly warm autumn; wet and cold winters especially in Southern Germany. Snow tends to thaw rather quickly in lower regions and remains for longer periods only in the higher country.
