Candidate’s requirements
- Higher education
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English, Kazakh, Russian and good PC user (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook, MS Power )
- Knowledge Amadeus Reservations Systems
- Good communications skills
- Customer service skills and pleasant telephone behavior and manner
Responsibilities
- Supports Member Services Coordinator in all member service activities
- Answers telephone, mail, and email inquiries from Nomad Club members
- Processes pre-printed or email membership applications, inputs data into CRIS system and creates member profiles
- Processes account updates, such as address and/or telephone changes
- Checks CRIS for activity posting errors, investigates the reasons for each error, and performs manual correction
- Processes retroactive points claims in accordance with Nomad Club rules and terms of partnership agreements
Maintenance Safety Coordinator
Candidate’s requirements
- An engineer qualification (theoretical and practical)
- A sound knowledge of commercial airline maintenance and engineering operations
- The ability for clear expression in writing, good presentation and interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the Company
- To be capable of working alone (at times under pressure)
- To be completely trustworthy and protective of confidential matters
- An authoritative approach worthy of commanding respect
- Preferred qualifications:
- Accident/Incident investigation qualification and experience
- Knowledge of Human Factors influence on aviation safety
- Quality assurance investigation qualifications and experience
- Supervisory experience
- Computer literacy
Responsibilities
- Deputize for FSC when required
- Developing and maintain standardization of Maintenance safety programme processes
- Coordinate aviation safety training/education for Maintenance related staff
- Manage the APASP particular to Maintenance activities, including:
- Assist in implementation of MEDA (Maintenance Error Detection Aid) together with Threat Error Management concepts
- Provide information and advice to the E&M management team and the airline in general on all matters relating to the safe operation of Company aircraft specific to airworthiness and related maintenance and engineering practices
- Advise on domestic and international Aviation safety developments
- Conduct E&M related safety investigations
- Conducts E&M safety programme audits
- Support development of Aviation safety awareness, specifically by:
- Facilitating trust by promoting a “Just” Aviation Safety culture within the company
- Promoting an accurate perception of company risk profile (internal and external)
- Educate staff, service providers and other stakeholders on E&M risk minimization
- Corp Safety coordinator for Bird/Wildlife strike prevention

Candidate’s requirements
- Higher education (preferably in psychology)
- Good knowledge of English and Kazakh languages, excellent PC user (Word, Excel, E-mail)
- Working experience as cabin crew is preferable
- Working experience in recruiting company not less than 1 year
- Good communication skills, initiative
