      Air Astana JSC (the Company), having business address at 4a Zakarpatskaya street, 050039, Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan (Tax Registration Number 620300022100, bank details: IBAN KZ18 6010 1310 0004 7928, Almaty Regional Branch No.139900 of «Halyk Bank Kazakhstan», Almaty, Bank Identifying Code HSBKKZKX, КБЕ 17, BIN 010940000162), announces on payment of dividends to the Stockholders on common Stocks of the Company for 2011 in accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of Stockholders (Minutes #82 dated 29 May 2012). Amount of the dividend per one common stock is KZT 158 504. Date of start of dividends payment is 31 July 2012.

      Payment of dividends shall be made in cash by wire transfer to the current bank accounts of the Company’s Stockholders.

Amount of the dividend per one common stock is KZT 167,064.25. Date of start of dividends payment is 20 August 2011.

      Payment of dividends shall be made in cash by wire transfer to the current bank accounts of the Company’s Stockholders.
