Business Class Lounge at London Heathrow
All passengers travelling in Business Class with Air Astana from London Heathrow to Almaty are entitled to use the airport lounge before departure from Terminal 4. Air Astana passengers are invited to relax or work before boarding the flight to Almaty. Business Class passengers will be given an invitation to the lounge at check-in.
Conveniently located close to the departure gates 15/16 at Terminal 4, the lounge boasts a full bar offering alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, light snacks and refreshments, wireless internet access, televisions, flight information, newspapers and magazines.
Business class passengers will enjoy a dedicated business class cabin onboard, offering more personal space (50 inches seat pitch), a superior in-flight dining experience, as well as increased check-in baggage allowance of 30kg.
