If you are a group of 10 or more passengers (not taking into account infants 0-2 years old) travelling together in economy class or group of 8 adults travelling in business class on the same destinations (itinerary) and dates for a common purpose. Whether it is leisure, conference, training, wedding or visiting friends and family, Air Astana Group Desk team is happy to assist you with your travel needs.
Fare for group booking may differ from ones for individual booking. Moreover, group booking has significant advantages. Fill in the application form in order to:
- book now and pay later;
- have an attractive payment procedure (based on deposits) which allows you to pay in parts;
- have the same price for all participants of the group;
- reserve seats even if you do not know the names of all travellers at the requesting time;
- enjoy the flexibility to change names free of charge after ticketing prior to departure.
Submit RequestPlease contact our group booking team by filling out the application form and we will try to find the best solution for you. A separate form must be filled out for different groups.
Group Desk is working via email exchange; all requests are processed in order of priority and normally it takes till three working days. In a few minutes after sending enquiry for group booking you will receive a confirmation letter with a reference number of your request to the email specified in the form.
