The assistance dog is not considered part of the passenger's baggage allowance and can be accommodated in the cabin, positioned at the owner's feet. It is essential to ensure the dog is muzzled, leashed, and possesses a document or certificate confirming its special training. Passengers are also advised to carry sedative tablets for their dog, if necessary. In addition, passengers with hearing impairments can receive personalized assistance and support from our staff throughout the check-in process. However, please note that the carriage of assistance dogs is not available on flights to London.
