No piece of baggage should exceed a total weight of 32 kg due to local legislation in Kazakhstan. Therefore, we advise you to repack or redistribute the weight into other baggage(s). Furthermore, passengers are encouraged to review the information available on Air Astana Cargo Services for further assistance with baggage exceeding 32 kg.

If you have checked in online or via our mobile app and have printed or digital copies of your boarding pass, proceed directly to the baggage drop-off counters. Our staff will assist you with tagging and dropping off your baggage.
