The Airline has the right to refuse transportation if the shipment does not comply with the dimensions allowed for delivery or in case of doubtful content.

• All shipments are accepted in an open (unsealed) format after a visual security check by Airline representatives for safety, and are sealed in the presence of the airline representative.
• Medicines, medical supplies and dietary supplements are accepted for shipping in parcels only through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon mandatory presentation of a fiscal receipt, electronic invoice indicating the name of the drug. 
• Biosamples, laboratory tests, any liquid medicines, medicines in ampoules and medicines that require temperature control and/or packed with coolant are not allowed for shipping. 
• The sender is fully responsible for the proper preparation and packaging of the shipment. 
• The packaging must comply with the nature of the shipment content and the standard conditions of transportation by air transport, ensuring the shipment's safety and safety during its processing. 
• The airline is not liable for damage or loss of the shipment caused by improper packaging.
• The sender has to verify his identity before mail registration (original document or electronic version).
• Only the person specified by the sender may collect the shipment at the airport pick-up point. 
• Shipping and collecting of mail by a third party is allowed only upon presentation of a notarial certified power of attorney.
• The legal entity representative shall present an identification document, company details, and power of attorney for shipping or collecting the mail on behalf of the company.
• The receiver is notified about the mail’s arrival at the airport of the destination by sending SMS on the mobile phone number indicated by the sender. 
• Mail acceptance and issuance is conducted during the MyMAIL offices working hours.
• Payment for MyMAIL express mail service in Almaty and Astana is accepted in cash, bank cards and Kaspi QR according to the working hours of the MyMAIL offices.
• Payment for MyMAIL express mail service in Atyrau, Aktau, Aktobe, Kyzylorda, Uralsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk, Shymkent is accepted only by bank cards according to the working hours of the MyMAIL offices.
