  • Claim Missing Points

    If you have flown but did not record your Nomad Club Membership Number for the flight, you can still claim the missing points by using our Online Retro Claim facility. This will immediately process your request. Please note that this online service is valid only for Air Astana electronic tickets (e-Tickets).

    You may also claim your missing points by downloading the Claim Missing Points form and submitting the claim to the Nomad Club Service Centre, as indicated on the form. Please remember that you must also attach the copies of your ticket and boarding pass to the claim.

    Please note that points can only be claimed for eligible flights taken after your enrolment in the Nomad Club programme, and only up to 12 months after the flight.
