Please fill in a Request Form for group fare calculation and you will get a confirmation with a special digital unique number; you’d better remember it and always use it during group booking formalities, and agreement preparation until ticketing. This number helps us easily identify your request consuming time and making the whole process more effective.

Your request will be processed by the Group Desk team and the answer with fare proposal and conditions will be sent to your e-mail address. 

Please let us know if you accept the proposal or if you wish to negotiate the offered conditions. 

Based on your confirmation, the agreement will be prepared by the Group Desk team and sent to you at your e-mail address. Please review it thoroughly and send us filled and signed from your side, scanned copy of the agreement. 

After paper formalities with the agreement signing within the agreed time-frame period, the seats in the booking will be granted. 

The airline-authorized agent will contact you to clarify ticketing procedures and payment details.
